I updated the form in the editing section but it's still coming in my email as the original name?
How do I correct this?

I can't seem to view the screenshot you posted on this thread. It was not uploaded completely. I'm sorry if I need to have clarifications for your concern. Are you pertaining to the Sender's name of the AutoResponder email?
