The form is collecting a payment and I notice it reads 5 hours until live...does that have something to do with it? Can this be changed?

The "Time to Live" option only related to the amount of time the users form data will be stored in their browser:
That should not have anything to do with your form updates not being shown. Your form should be live immediately after creating it. Fields that are added or edited should be updated in the live version immediately as well. Your browser may be loading a cached version of your form, if an old version is loading, try clearing your browsers cache and cookies to see if that helps.
If you could let us know which part of your form is not showing up in the live version that has been added in the editor, we will be happy to have a look.
