When I click on the "Users" link under the Account page it is blank. I tried logging out, clearing the cache and history, and re-logging in. I tried 3 different browsers on 2 different computers.

I was able to reproduced the same issue on your account when I checked. The account page was empty.
But I think it might have to do with your account/username.
Can you please tell us your registered JotForm username?
We will check further on the account to find more details on the issue.
