I am having an issue with auto-responders. I have pay-pal set up on my form however, when you press SUBMIT it goes off to pay-pal and completes the transaction however neither the sender nor the owner receive a notification email just an email from pay-pal saying that payment has been completed.
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

When I checked your jotfrom http://www.jotform.co/form/51367702406856 I found that only a Notification E-mail is setup on the form. There is no Autoresponder E-mail.
Make sure that the Incomplete payments are also set to send Notification Email even when payments are not completed.
You also need to add an Autoresponder E-mail to the form, so that it will send auto response email to the end-user.
