Sub labels not appearing in PDF creator form

Hi,

I've created a form and used the PDF creator (great feature!). However, my resulting PDF does not display sub-labels.

Is there a way of displaying them?

On the attached form, it's the sub-label for "Number of guests" field which isn't displaying in the PDF.

I was able see this also when I test converting your form to PDF form.

It seems that sub-labels were really were not included in the form-PDF conversion.

I will report this to our higher team support so that they can check what to do about.

Thanks Jonathan. The PDF feature is fantastic and we'll be using it again in the future. 

In this case, I've added the sub-label text into the text box below as a work around, but it'd be good to have the feature.
