Hi,
We are looking at options to move from an email based process to one that uses an online form.
I guess I am looking at a two-part form.
Part 1 - Person A requests a service and submits the form.
Part 2 - We review the request, enters the name and phone number of the allocated personnel and sends either an updated form or an email with all the details as entered in Part A and Part B.
The fields for Part A would not be able to be viewed by Person A.
Is this possible?

Hello FFAEventsReporting,
The fields for Part A would not be able to be viewed by Person A.
I believe you meant "The fields for Part 2 would not be able to be viewed by Person A." Is that correct?
Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You password protect a section of your form and add conditions in your form to show / hide form fields based on the password entered by user.
Please take a look at the following threads where I have explained it step by step on how to achieve this: http://www.jotform.com/answers/401633
Do take a look and see if the solution offered fits into your requirement.
Hope this helps.
