By mistake, I upgraded to professional plan. Please downgrade me to premium yearly plan.

    Hi Ashwin,


    I just upgraded to the professional plan by mistake today and my credit card was charged. Please help me to restore back to my previous plan which was yearly premium and refund the amount charged for the wrong update today. 

    Your colleagues are helping me here but i do not think they understand this situation as well as you.

    Hello Quan,

    I have taken care of your account issue. I have cancelled your professional yearly plan and downgraded you to premium yearly plan. 

    Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
