Drop Down Question to Alter FormAsked by zenergycom on May 20, 2015 at 08:47 AM
My form begins with a drop-down question. I would like that if 'need a space' was chosen - certain form questions would disappear as they would not be required. Is this possible?
For example, if someone chose 'need a space'
I want these to disappear:

Thank you :)
Yes, you can achieve that by using Conditional Logic, and setting multiple fields to show / hide based on selected option in the drop down field.
I have cloned your form and implemented the condition, as described above. You can take a look at the form here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51393589409972
You can also clone it to take a closer look at how it was implemented, if you want to.
Please let us know how it goes, or if you need further help. We will be happy to assist you.
