Saving a Form and continue it later

Asked by Brooke Doty  on May 20, 2015 at 10:21 AM

    1. When someone is filling out our form, is there anyway they could save it and come back to it or add something to it at a later date?

    2. Under the payment section, instead or just have a check box for each item, is there a way for people to select how many of a particular item they want?  They may want to order multiple tickets or plaques and the way I've got it set up they can only check or not check, as opposed to order 1, 2, 3 etc. of any particular item.

    Hi,

You can try either one of these methods to let your users to save and continue completing the form:

Method 1: How to enable Auto Fill Feature

Method 2: How to save Forms to continue later using sessions

Do let us know which one works for you.

For the other question that you have, we advise our users to open one thread per question. I went ahead and separated it, please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/573151. We will address it shortly.

    Thank you.
