I need immediate support! My submissions are reading 0 for some reason.....

    I am logging in like I do everyday and for some reason it is showing that there are 0 submissions...

    But that cannot be right, there should be hundreds....It is under the PGS applications tab

    You're right, this form 23063915103949 (PGS Applications) has zero submission as of checking. I can see in the mail logs that it has indeed quite a few submissions. The only thing I could think of right now is that it was deleted by accident or maybe someone with access to your account (like sub user) have deleted it. Is there any chance that someone or you have made modifications or deletions with that form submissions?

    Also, may I know if you have integrated your form to any apps like auto-delete submissions app? This will also auto-delete your form submissions if you have done so. Otherwise, if not, then there is no way for your submissions to be deleted unless it was manually performed in your form submissions page.

    By the way, you can also check your emails for a copy of the data submitted to your form in case you need them.

    Can you not see when and how it happened? Do you know what email this is linked to or how to check the email? I have no idea if it is on auto delete or not....Everything has been fine up util this point....how can i find those apps

    There are, actually, no way for us to see when and how it was deleted.

    As what I've checked the Form 23063915103949 is under the cuonline account.

    So it should be linked to the email address on that account also.
