I've set up Users but they are not receiving the invite to join

I've set 5 users in my account but none of the invitations are getting through. Any ideas?

I have checked you mail log and i see that all the invitation emails were delivered to their destinations,

could you ask the invited user to check their mailbox spam folder, the invites might have been flagged there accidentally.
