Our client's website, which uses jot form, has noticed that theory are having issues with their conversion tracking. In Google analytics, form submissions are showing up as coming from jot form. They cannot see the actual source of the conversions. We are using UTM codes from various digital ads that direct a user to the contact page. When a user submits a form, the get a report that it is from "" in google analytics. The contact form redirects to a thank you page upon submit.

I have tried adding "?utm_nooverride=1" to the thank you page URL with no effect. I have also changed "send post data" to yes in advanced setting.

Send Post DataHTTP POST data to Thank You Page.

I am attaching a screenshot of their google analytics page.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Please try re-embedding the form to your website using its full source code instead.

    user guide: -How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

You can then exclude the Jotform Domain on page clicks where the form is embedded.

Hope this help. Let us know if issue persist.

OK, I have embedded the full source code on the site, but it is not apparent to me how "You can then exclude the Jotform Domain on page clicks where the form is embedded." Could this step be explained? Thanks

I believe what my colleague meant about referral exclusion is this: Try using the Google Analytics widget, then add the "?utm_override=1" in your "Thank You" URL, then add a referral exclusion. See if that would give you a a better tracking conversion.

    I hope that helps.
