Transfer of Skip Logic to JotForm Conditions for two of my forms did not work properly

    I need to have my two new forms, "St. Ann Parish Registration Form" and "St. Ann Parish Sunday School Registration Form" to have the same page format (skip logic was what it was called in Adobe Formscentral, and conditions in JotForm). My website is: http://www.stanngulfbreeze.org/stann/ if you go to the tab "Online Giving, Registration, Forms" the two forms I'm trying to duplicate are titled "Parish Registration" and "Sunday School Registration."

    I took a look at your jotforms and their conditions seem to be empty - there, but not properly set up.

    I did try to re-import this form: https://adobeformscentral.com/?f=c98XNdrKhFp39RlZXG-PJA# myself, to see how it would go and it seems that it is not importing any conditions at all - so I believe that there is something specific to the conditions themselves that is causing this.

    This is what I saw in your form:

    Could you please tell us what is the issue with the conditions so that we can assist you in recreating of the same and in the same time I will raise this to our developers so that they can take a look into this?

    Thank you for looking into this. 

    Unfortunately, I think I transferred around 10-12 forms and none of the larger forms transferred the skip logic either; however, the two forms mentioned in my previously are really large and I am having a really hard time figuring them out. 

    I do not exactly know what the is the issue, I am not that savvy with creating online forms.
