The bottom of my form is not showing on my site (Submit button etc)

I checked your webpage in a few different browsers and I was able to view the full form in each one:

In any case, you can always switch your embed code to the iFrame code and adjust the height of the frame:

The above guide also includes how to adjust the height of the frame.  This usually allows for the full form to appear in your page.
