If I understand correctly, you want to integrate a payment option to your form, is that correct?

I am wanting to integrarate HTML code or embed into a JOT form.... is this possible?

You can use the TEXT field (found in Form Tools) to add some HTML code into the form.
But please take note that it is limited to some basic HTML codes only.
You cannot use this to inject/add html scripts/codes as it will only cleaned by the Form Builder. Any type of html script injection will be automatically cleared when injected/added into the form.
