I upgraded a wrong account. How to switch subscription?

    I have 2 jotform accounts and a few days ago upgraded one of them.

    Unfortunately I upgraded the wrong account and hope that JotForm can rectify my error by switching between account ogasgi to etyeap.

    Upon checking your account "ogasgi", I found that you have upgraded to premium monthly subscription using PayPal payment gateway. We will not be able to transfer the subscription to your other account "etyeap".

    To solve this problem, your existing subscription needs to be cancelled. For security reasons, you need to sign in to your "ogasgi" account and send us a message, we will cancel your subscription and process the refund. I would suggest you to upgrade your "etyeap" account anytime as we will process the refund for your existing subscription.

    Please be noted that after the refund is initiated, it will take 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your statement.
