We have recently changed our web site host but the email has remained the same and has been checked and works correctlyPage URL:

Considering that I could not find any JotForm form on your website I have tested one of the forms I found on your account http://www.jotform.com/23556370760859. After submitting the form I have checked our Email log and I found that submission email was sent successfully.

Also I have checked and your Email address is not on bounce list.
In this guide you can see hot to remove your Email address form bounce list:
Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
