Can we have multiple users logged in to the main Jotforms account at one time? Or should we make use of the sub accounts option for this.
The main reason for our business doing this is that there may be multiple administrators logging in to extract form submission data via CSV format.
What would you suggest would be the best option?
If you suggest the sub-user account option can we simply share all the forms for 'view' only so this allows them to export the data?

You should set up sub accounts to achieve this. You can give only the View Submissions credentials to the sub accounts, so they can't edit the forms but can view all the submissions.
To do this, you should go to your account page, then select the Users tab.
On this tab, you can add your sub accounts, and choose which forms you would like to share, as well as what right you would be granting to the sub accounts - whether full editing rights or submission viewing rights, or even both.
