How to use UK Pound in PayPal payment question?

We will be selling in UK only but the system is suggesting fees would be the International ones and transactions would be converted to Dollars.

I need to know how to set up the form to use PayPal UK, with UK fees structure. Please advise

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You need to just edit your PayPal payment question and set the "Currency" to be "Pound Sterling". Please check the screenshot below:
