Forms not getting sent to email???

    We have had many people email us saying they sent in applications and we have not received them.  I finally had it happen to myself because someone told me they did it 3 x and it still hadnt come thru. I typed it up myself and hit submit and it said thank you.  You have it under the submissions (as well as the one she said she submitted earlier - Mindy Whisman) but I did not receive it via email. I even tried forwarding from this site and it still will not go!!! This is so very extremely important because these can be adoption applications for dogs who are on death row and if we dont get them, the dog will die!!!

    I have tested your form and I was able to receive a notification to my inbox.  Can you confirm if you have received the same?  If not, can you please check your spam folder if it landed there?

    They ARE going to spam??? why in the world would that happen? this has never happened before

    When you receive emails of almost the same format numerous times, anti-spam filters register this algorithm and then it gets triggered so the next email that comes in, it would land to the spam folder.  If this happens, probably the best way is to add noreply@jotform.com to your contacts.
