How resilient is this service? Do you use a hosting partner like Amazon or Google or do you host Jotform service from your own data centres.

    Hi

My name is Andrew Little, Head of IT Business Operations at Trinity Mirror.

As you will know by your subscription database, Trinity Mirror plc is a keen user of JotForm and wish to continue its use, but there have been a few concerns raised about the resilience of your service and I hope you can help. Would it be possible to arrange a call with you Service team to answer some questions and to give confidence that JotForm is robust and resilience is managed.

My email is above, we are based in London in the UK, so any calls need to suit GMT.

    Many thanks in advance

    Andrew Little

    Hello Andrew

Unfortunately we do not have phone support, but please address us your inquiries and we'll get back to you with the answers you need.
Jotform has a very powerful cloud of servers with encrypted storage and provides security protection against malicious attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DDOS) attacks. We provide a high security standard through our hosting provider's servers for data storage All of our SSL certificates support high-grade 256-bit encryption.

You can find here more information on how to use the forms in a secure way:
