My forms are not appearing on JotForm and neither are my submissions.

    We have a professional account with you, which has tens of (possibly a hundred) forms. When we log in the "my forms" page shows a blank page and it says at the bottom of the page, under my username, that we have new submissions. The submissions page is also blank. Earlier I was getting 404s when I tried to log in and this is not the first time this has happened.

    Can you help?

    I see your forms fine on our server.

    Have you tried logging out, clearing your cache, and logging back in? or even trying a different browser just to see if there is any change?

    If that doesnt work try logging into www.jotform.net to see if you can access your forms there.

    We'll get this form access issue sorted out , then look at your email notifications.

    None of that works. I've logged out, cleared cache and logged back in Chrome, IE and Firefox but no luck.

    www.jotform.net doesn't work for me either.

    The problem is intermittent, sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn’t...

    Hello, i don't know if this helps, but i had the same issue tonight.  What worked for me was to re-open each form and perform a "Save" on each of them (as opposed to the automatic saving.

    It solved the problem somehow, and never had this issue before.  Good luck

    I am also having the same issue.  Form is blank when I try to open it in JotForm.  And when trying to open the form online, getting the annoying "Security Certificate Errors".

    @medwards if you are still having an problem, can you open a seperate thread on your issue please? 

    @dailymirror, I can see no issues with your account at all, and aside from medwards reporting what may be a similar issue, we have no other users reporting problems like this.

     I have assigned your case to the developers for their input. You should hear something back soon.
