Got the form that you converted, but it will not open. I am attaching the error I received.

I was able to replicate your problem, it seems like the problem happens when we choose "Auto Collect" when we download the converted PDF form.
1. Choose the imported PDF form and click "Download PDF".
2. I then choose "Auto Collect".
3. I get this error message also.
I'll need to forward this to our developers to have it check. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused you. We'll update you as soon as we hear any news on this.
