    How do I access forms shared w/me by my co-worker?

    I have a Jotforms account. My co-worker (phowtx) created a Jotforms account and imported forms from FormsCentral and shared them w/me, allowing me to view and edit. The email I received says I need to login, which I've done, but I can't access the forms. I don't see the "Shared with You" tab. Ihave cleared my browser cache. The only form I see is one I created. How do I get all the forms?

    Please tell your co-worker to remove the sub-user account he created for you and then create it again but using your username (bpprall) instead.

    Let us know if this works.

    I am still unable to access the shared forms. I don’t have a “Shared with You” button at the top left side of the “My Forms” sub-menu, or anywhere else on the page.

    I believe the problem is that you have already shared a form from your account with the "phowtx" account.  I do not believe it is possible to have both accounts be sub-users of each other.  Try removing the sub-user from both accounts, then add "bpprall" as a sub-user under the "phowtx" account, without having "phowtx" as a sub-user or "bpprall".

    If that still does not work, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

    I removed phowtx from my account; phowtx removed me and re-added me to her account and re-shared the forms. I just received notice that phowtx shared forms w/me, but there are no forms in my account, the “Shared w/You” button does not appear on my “My Forms” page. I don't think I'm making progress.

    I've checked phowtx account and your username is not added as a sub-user in her account.

    However, I've already reported this issue to our development team as per this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/573989

    She will be notified on the mentioned thread when the assigned developer has fixed the problem.

    As I've said, phowtx added me (bpprall) as a subuser 2 weeks ago. I have seen me on her account as a subuser. I have received 2-3 emails notifying me that phowtx has shared forms with me. I created an account for myself some time ago, but the forms are still not available to me. We have approximately 2 ½ weeks to get about 50 forms up and running, and this glitch is causing significant problems for us. We need to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    There is already a ticket created for this issue in your other thread that has been assigned to a developer and given a high priority.  Though I cannot say exactly when they will be able to resolve this, we will update you in your other thread as soon as we have any further information.  My apologies, this should be resolved soon.

    I go the message below from Jotform re this issue:

    At this time your account (bpprall) is not listed as a sub-user on phowtx account, as such you would not be able to see any of their forms in your account.

    Please have phowtx add you as a sub-user on your account, if you are still unable to access the forms we would need to address the issue while you are listed as a sub-user.

    Please inform us once your account has been added as a sub-user.

    The 2 messages seem somewhat conflicting, so I'm not sure what's going on. Please clarify.

    I initiated the contact w/Jotform, I think phowtx has another thread going, and I've also sent emails to Jotform. What is the best way for me to work w/Jotform to stay abreast of this?

    There are indeed two separate threads going.  The one that was raised to our developers:


    Should be the one you follow up in.  If possible, keep the conversation to a single thread to avoid such confusion.  If there are 3 different threads with the same question, we may give you three different things to try that conflict with each other.  We have a developer looking in to this and they will follow up in the thread referenced above as soon as they have any further information.
