Sub-user account is not able to see shared forms

    Also, I added bpprall as a subuser for this account and marked the forms she may see and edit, but she is not seeing anything when she logs on to her account.

    phowtx added bpprall as a subuser 2 weeks ago. She appears on my account as a subuser. She has received 2-3 emails notifying her that phowtx has shared forms with her, but the forms still do not appear in her account. We have approximately 2 ½ weeks to get about 50 forms up and running, and this glitch is causing significant problems for us. We need to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    The submitted ticket is still open and was already assigned to one of our developer.

    Unfortunately we don't have an estimate time for a resolution, but the ticket has a high priority status.  I made a new test and shared a form with bpprall account and the form did not show up on the account.

    I updated the ticket. We'll contact you as soon as we have more details.

    The reason this was happening is because you are sharing the forms with the email address however the email address associated with the bpprall account is

    If you use the esl email address the bpprall account will be able to see the shared forms
