How do I create a "Submit" button that will send the form to my email and not take the user to a "PayPal" page?

Since you have used a Payment tool (paypal) in your form http://www.jotform.us/form/50547034834151 , it will then be directed to the payment gateway every time the form is submitted.

You have to NOT use a payment option if you do NOT want any payment submission to happen.

Additionally, I also noticed in your form a violation of the JotForm Terms of Use.

    In the clause:

Phishing You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately

Please delete this form immediately or remove the data that captures CC account information asap to avoid getting your account suspended by the phishing filter.

    Thank you.
