Adobe E-Sign: Text part of the form not showing on the signature page of the Adobe E-Sign.

Asked by Jessicatkandm on May 21, 2015 at 02:33 PM

My form has a Terms and Condition section which is in a text box. When the form is send to be signed the text boxes do not show up. The signature is required to agree to the information in the text box and I would like to have it clearly stated on the form rather than hidden on another page.  I have looked at samples in the templates and the same thing happens on the templates with all the signature functions. Do you have solution?

    Thank you, Melissa

I have cloned your form and see what you mean:

I have also viewed the document after signing and the Terms and Condition part of the form is still not showing.

It seems that only fields that are filled up are showing and Texts are not included,

I will have to raise this to a higher level of Support Team so we may look into it further. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. You may follow up on this via this thread.

By the way, you might also want to check Smooth Signature widget and E-Signature widget that JotForm offers and capture form submitter's signature. However, both signature mentioned does not include other information that comes with Adobe E-sign.

The text part of the form will now be included on the signed document - please test - http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51612143048951?
