Can you please restore a purged form?

I was trying to delete submissions but somehow deleted the entire form. It now no longer exists on my squarespace site. Is there for you guys to restore this file? I'm really hoping so.

Deleted form can only be restored if they were not fully purged:

There was one form in your trash that I was able to restore but it was a blank form.  Unfortunately, if you deleted your form, then purged it from the trash, it cannot be restored.
