How do I see the sender or email address of the form that returns to me?

do I have to enter the email address in the settings whenever I send an email link to my survey?

If I understand correctly, you have an X form, when the submitter send this form completed, you have to send them a link with the survey form for them to fill out and submit again?

If this is the case, you may go ahead and customize your "Thank you page", in order that when your customer click on submit, will automatically redirected to the next form, the survey.
