If I exceeded my free limit, is that data lost, or can I retrieve it by subscribing?

    For example, one of my forms hit the SSL limit and someone completing it received an error message. I went on to pay with PayPal, and it was accepted and I got an email confirming the payment, but my account here still shows as a Free account. Now, will I be able to get the submissions I'm losing until your system catches up with my payment?

    Try logging out and in to show your new account status.

    Whatever account type you are under, your data i.e forms and submissions are yours. All that changes between the different pricing models is how many times a particular type of form can be submitted.
