Our users are getting over quota alerts and we have not used up our 100 free submissions. Please help quickly there is a noon deadline today for people to submit this form

Never mind, it is working now. I think it was because we were set up as a guest account. Once we registered as a real account it seems to be working. If you find out anything different, please let me know.
