We recently purchased the yearly premium plan and are trying to integrate JotForm with our MailChimp account (one of the reasons we signed up for JotForm). We're having trouble integrated the two services. It appears to be connected properly, but no emails show up in MailChimp.

Can you let us know which form are you trying to integrate with MailChimp? Please also check the following guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/163-How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp to see how to create the integration in your form.
