How can we retain the form formatting in the PDF version of the form?

We imported a lot of forms from Adobe FormsCentral and on that platform, when we downloaded the form as a PDF it retained its formatting. Now they look like long unformatted lists of information that makes them pretty unsightly if we ever need to provide them in hard copy. What can be done about this?

The output is based on what are encoded to our backend and there's currently no option in the fillable PDF creator to modify the format before generating the file. Check this guide for more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotFrom-fillable-PDF-creator

Lastly, I have forwarded this thread to our developers so to know if there are ongoing developments for this feature.

    Thanks

By the way, would you mind sending us the PDF file of your form? I'd like to compare it further using your own copy. I'd like to be specific to my report.

If you can also tell us what are the difference you notice between the online and pdf version, that would be great so I can add it to my report annotations.

    Thanks
