Trying to add a TAB to Facebook for a Competition Form

    Hello 

    I am Trying to add a TAB to Facebook for a Competition Form that I have made but I cannot see the TAB appear in my Facebook page

     

    My Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/CHMarine

    And my form is Life Jacket Awareness Week - Daily Competition

     

    Can you help please

    I have checked you Facebook page and the tab is currently listed under the more section

    If you are the page admin, you can go to manage tabs and change the ordering to the tabs,this should make it appear in the default view section
