I just added another form to collect membership payments but received an error.

I tried adding a payment to my new form for membership and received the following error:

You cannot add more than one paymenttool. Please delete the existing one first.

    What does this mean?

Unfortunately, only one payment is allowed. However you can add another payment by making a separate form then embed those form to your main form, now use a conditional rule to hide and show those payment option base on the user input.

Please check this guide on how to add multiple payment http://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks. I think I asked the wrong question.

I only want one payment method and that is PayPal.

On my second form, Membership Application, I've set the various amounts for membership (parent, student) using the payment wizard, but when I test it on my website it does not take me to PayPal to pay.

What is happening? Is the new form not recognizing PayPal as the payment method?

Did you send a test? If so, I received it. Were you redirected to PayPal?

I have cloned and tested your form and I noticed that you are not using Paypal as payment tool. You are using Purchase Order.

The Purchase Order field have features similar to Paypal fields but does not require any payments.

In this article you can find out how to set Paypal form:

I didn't select Purchase Order. I know how to set up a Paypal form as it is set up under my other form. When setting up the Payment Wizard I am not given an option to change or update the method (PayPal, purchase, etc).

I'm being prompted to delete the existing (Purchase Order) first. How do I do this?

Here is the error. Is there live chat available to resolve this faster???

This is the form you're working with right? http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51389380468971

You are correct, you can only have 1 payment option. Your form already has purchase order payment field. You need to delete this in order to add a different payment option.

    1. Delete the purchase order payment option. Click the "red X" to delete the field.

    2. Insert another payment option.

Please take note that when you delete it, you'll have to set up the products and prices again for the new payment option. You cannot update or change the purchase order to paypal. You need to delete it and add a new one.
