Multi-step form

Is there a way to create a multi-step form that two things:

    1. emails collected information from the first page of the form when the user clicks the next button

    2. can the first step of the form link to a different form?

I would like to create a small form that collects just name and email and embed it in one area of the page. After these fields are completed and next is clicked I'd like to receive that information. After the user clicks next they are taken to a different page to a form that collects additional data and saves it to the same row in the database.

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

It is possible to create the setup you are looking for.  The only exception is the data would not be entered in the same line of your data.  Since you would need two separate forms to accomplish this, the data would be collected separately for both:

This setup would collect the data from the first form then email the user a link to the second form.

You can also simply redirect your users to another form using a custom thank you URL:

If neither of these solutions work for you, just let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
