HELP! I DELETED A FORM ON ACCIDENT!

    I accidentally deleted a form!  is there anyway to retrieve it!??

    Hello AdonisAgency,

    You can still retrieve your deleted forms by going to your My Forms page and click Trash on the left side part of the page. You can select your deleted forms there then you can either retrieve it or purge it.
