Option unavailable for importing forms with responses from AdobeForms

Currently, there are only 2 options available for importing AdobeForms...  (a) Import Form only or (b) Import pdf of forms.  Please assist, as I need to upload most current database.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. Unfortunately, there are only two options available  when importing forms from Adobe FormsCentral for now as it was just updated. However, you may still try to use the second method on this guide:

After going to the link above and completing my login information, nothing happens when I click "Sign in" button.  HELP please.
