Submit Error: This form is disabled / "Ce formulaire est présentement non disponible!"

    please enable my form "confirmation de paiement" http://dzgamestore.com/pages/confirmation-de-paiement

    it seems working but when a form is submitted it returns an error.

    What can i do to prevent my forms from being disabled?

    The reason why your form shows that error is because you have set your form to only accept 10 submissions.

    As soon as the 10th submission was received, the form got locked down.

    Removing the 10 under Submission Limit or simply setting a larger number will allow you to accept more submissions.
