Do we need to go to Contact Us page again to reply back?

Do I have to go here to respond to your responses???

Not sure what the form ID is….How do I get the form ID?  It was imported from Abode forms.

I'm just entering text in a box…that is longer and bigger than the "display height" of the box.  The text in a BOX that is 3 pts. high. 

It takes all the text but when I save the form…the entire amount of text is not printed.

Actually each time we reply to you, you will receive an email that shows you our answer, but also the link to the thread that you had created. For example the above was to have been replied to here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/575090

You can also reply by using Reply option in your email client, but this would only send us back the text, not any attachments with it, so if you need to add a screenshot to your post, it is best to go to the thread directly.

So when you click on View this thread on browser >> you will be taken to the thread where the response was made, while if you hold your mouse over it, you will see the link in the bottom part (status bar) of your email client.

I would recommend answering on our forum directly, but knowing that this is not always possible, you can reply back over email client as well, but as mentioned above, if you need to add a screenshot, it is only possible by going directly to the thread.
