Heya JotForm team,
my form submission go into a Google Spreadsheeet, this worked well so far but for some reason the submission date is now corrupted or saved in some strange string.
What should be: 24/05/2015 16:15:xx Turned out: 42148.428506944Any clue how I can fix this? The date is used for some calculations so crucial to me.
Thanks,
Ricardo -

Hi Ricardo,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
But usually, this issue can be fixed also by resetting the Google Spreadsheet integration to the form.
To reset, just remove first the existing integration
and then redo the integration again.
user guide: -How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet
Please try the suggested process. Let us know if this still did not fix the submission date data issue on the spreadsheet.
Thanks.

Actually, the issue could also be caused by updates on Google side.. so, there could be inconsistency on the timing when issue happens. But our devs are consistently monitoring them so that they can at least minimize or lessen any downtime if such conflict happen.
But yes, to fix this issue the same issue, just try always first to refresh the integration.. and it should work most of the time.
Please don't hesitate to contact us anytime for any assistance you need on jotform.
Thanks.
