Hi,
Have you tried creating a new API key specific to Google Contacts apps only? Here's a guide on how to create a new API key: http://www.jotform.com/help/253-How-to-Create-Jotform-API-Key.
Make sure to set the API key to "Full Access" to avoid errors like unauthorized access.
Make sure that you are logged in to your account when using the Google Contacts App in JotForm.
Let us know if this works.
Thank you.
