    Relatório com Layout desajustado

    Meus amigos

    Por favor, preciso da ajuda de vocês:

    O relatório abaixo (imagens), ajustei certinho, mas quando envio um e-mail, fica desajustado, por favor, vocês podem me ajudar a deixar alinhado ?

    Após configurar no jotform !

    Depois que mandei o email com o formulário:

    Please try cloning your form, I did clone your form in my account, and tested it, the E-mail notification layout is the same as it shows in the settings:

    Can you let us know where are you viewing your emails? Are you using an email client or a web browser?

    I also created a cloned version of your original form and was unable to reproduce the issue. You can see below how the email is viewed on my side.

    Considering that I am not able to test submissions in Outlook I tested it on Gmail client and it is working fine there.

    Also I noticed that my colleague has tested it in Outlook and it is working fine for him. 

    Maybe the you need to update you version of Outlook or you can use different Email client.
