My accout is stating over quota but not using secure links - Help

I have received the message on my account stating that I am over my quota.  I received the notice earlier and realized that it was because I used a secure link and switched all links back to the none secure but it is still stating that my account is over limit I need this reset as soon as possible as I will be expecting numerous submissions in the next few days.  Please help my submissions are only 26/135 I need to continue receiving my non secure submissions it was an error that they were marked secure in the first place.

I reduced the number of SSL submissions to 8 and activated your account, but we can only do this once.

If you need more than 10 SSL monthly submissions it will be necessary to upgrade.

I tested the forms embed on that website and the submissions were non SSL. I noticed you have more forms on your account. Please make sure you are not using SSL version of the forms (https:// or https://secure) as it can go again overlimit.
