I am setting up a Membership form and contained in it will be a choice to choose either a Gold, Silver or Bronze membership.
If the customer chooses the 'Gold' option, I would like it to then print the price in a separate field in the email notification so we can use it as an invoice.
I have some text set up outlining the prices for each of the levels of membership. Under that I have Radio buttons for each of the Levels and then a separate checkbox for each level with the price (these are hidden). I have done a conditional statement for each linking the radio button with the appropriate checkbox. The price however doesn't print in the email. I need it to be automated so we can use the email notification as an invoice.
How can I do this please?

I would suggest that you use the Purchase Order widget/tool instead of a radio button. To use the Purchase Order widget/tool, please see instructions below.

I managed to find a solution that we are happy with, but I will keep the Purchase Order in mind for future needs.
