PDF form "submit button" not work

    I created PDF form with submit button from jotform, but the sumbit button does not work. How do I know where the form submitted. did not see it in jotform submission.

    It seems the submit button not work or I do not know where the form submitted.

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    May I ask which PDF application did you use in submitting your form?

     

    I tried cloning your form and created a PDF version. When I used Chrome in opening the PDF file, I was not able to submit. However when I opened it via Adobe Reader I was able to submit. See screenshot below.

    Please take note that if only used with a PDF reader/software that only Preview the PDF form, it will not submit. (because it is only in Preview mode). Chrome only uses it's own default plugin in viewing pdf (Chrome PDF Viewer).
