Submit button of form embedded in email body is not working.Asked by abcmanagement on May 25, 2015 at 08:57 PM
I created email with jotform embeded, but the submit button does not work. What did I do wrong?
email work in JotForm does not work
If I understand your issue correctly, you have embedded your form in an email and the submit button does not work. Is that correct?
Have you embedded your form using its full source code?
Please be noted that we do not recommend embedding your form in an email body. Most of the recent email clients are very limited in supporting HTML tags and scripts codes. That means embedding your form in email will most probably not work correctly in user's email client.
I would suggest you to grab your form's direct URL and add a hyperlink in your email body. Please check the screenshot below on how to grab your form's direct URL:
Hope this helps.
