Is it possible to have a pdf version of the form sent as the submission? So that it looks exactly like what the client sees when they fill it out?
Thanks!

Hi,
If you would like to attach or add a PDF link to your email notification, that is possible, you can follow the steps below.
1. Click "Emails" and edit a notification.
2. In the "Compose Email" window, you can add the PDF Link there.
3. If you click the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button, you can enable there the "Attach PDF" option.
Please do take note that this will give you a default PDF format or layout that we have.
If you are looking on to having a PDF that looks like how your form is being viewed but the fields are prepopulated, I would suggest adding a "Print" button to your form, here's the guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms.
The print button will allow your users to print a PDF version of the form that looks like how it is being viewed. The question is, how will you print it in your end? You can do that by adding the {edit_link} in your email notification.
You'll then receive the email notification with the edit link, click it and you can click the "Print" button there OR you can press CRTL+P. Here's an example of how it will looked like:
I hope that helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.
Thank you.

@lfauman,
It seems like we need to make a separate thread for your other concern regarding the MultiSelect Widget, please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/576041. We will address it there shortly.
Thank you.
