Data is missing in forwarded email?

    my client is not receiving any data filled within this form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50855109416960

    Please let me know what is wrong and where?

    I have examined your form and it seems you don't have an auto-responder email setup, the auto-responder send the filled in form data to the filler's email address.

     

    To set it up got to the emails->Add new email

    Select the auto-responder option int the setup wizard

    Configure your settings for  the sender and destination emails address, for the destination email address you will select the email field in your form. If you have no email field you will need to add one

    Next configure the template layout and fields then click finish
