    New Submissions Counter showing 1 new submission

    The notifier always show 1 new message for my form "Fenomed - contact FR", but I have no new message!

    Could you please fix this trouble.

    Hello Erhan.

    Are you referring to the number 1, as shown in the picture below?

    This is the new / unread submissions counter of your form. It means that there is 1 submission that you haven't looked at on the JotForm website.

    You can see all your submissions by clicking on the form in the list, and then clicking on the Submissions button at the top. Now you can navigate left and right through your submissions, and as soon as you view that unread submissions once, the number will disappear.

    Hi Boris,

    Right, it's the nımber  1 shown in the picture.

    But I have read all the messages and it doesn't disapear !

    there is a trouble somewhere could you please fix it?

    I have just logged into your account and I see that it is already removed. :)

    If you are still seeing the number, please reload the My Forms page, or log out and log back in. Please let us know if the issue persists.
